The definitive Yeti collection, with tracks taken from bootlegs & released through official sources (such as the bands MySpace), also some very rare b-sides & bonus tracks etc… The tracks were recorded between 2004 and 2008 and showcase a number of early versions of songs that would go onto be recorded and officially released by the band. If you have this & the bands 2008 debut album ‘The Legend of Yeti Gonzales’ you pretty much have it all.
I was never really a fan at the time, but listening back now there are some really great songs here. Definately worth revisiting.

‘Darksome Sea’ is a compilation of Wolfman tracks, taken from various sources, compiled by the Libertines archive in 2022.
Though Wolfman has discussed the possibility of recording a solo album for many years, most recently with Adem Hilmi in 2013 (who has stated that Wolfe has 14 demos recorded, but is currently on hiatus) this now looks very unlikely. If a solo album was to be released, however, it is likely that a number of these tracks would be included.
This is Wolfman’s lost solo album, that we may never see…It’s a shame really because there are quite a few great songs here. Also, It is fun to play the ‘Spot the Peter Doherty lyric’ game, as lines pop up all over the place that Peter has borrowed from his good friend Wolfy!
The tracks would span 2 nice slices of vinyl if it was to be released.
There are 2 very distinct records here; Sides A&B is a chilled out, softer affair, while side C&D if very full on rock. Two sides of a coin, the man & the wolf, who knows…

A great collection of Patrick’s post-Babyshambles demos. Most of these we’re downloaded from Pat’s Soundcloud/Myspace at the time but pulled a few weeks later. Long Enough has passed that I think this selection is worth revisiting.
It would be wonderful to see Pat return to music & release an album.
